Hart man arrested for felonious domestic assault.

HART TOWNSHIP – A 32-year-old Hart man was arrested for felonious domestic assault Monday, Dec. 2, at 3 p.m. in the 3900 block of Oceana Drive, according to Michigan State Police Sgt. Dan Thomas.

No weapon was used, but the 35-year-old female victim suffered bruising to the ribs, arms, face and shoulder. She was transported by family to an area hospital.

The suspect was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019:

– 12:40 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), larceny, 5300 block of East Tyler Road, Leavitt Township.

– 1:27 p.m., (OCSO), larceny, 3400 block of South 136th Avenue, Ferry Township. Items stolen include a 100-pound propane tank valued at $100; a 20-pound propane tank valued at $40; a propane torpedo heater valued at $100; a ventless propane heater valued at $150; a bench grinder valued at $50; a bench vice valued at $50; two wooden chairs valued at $25; a B-B gun valued at $25; and miscellaneous hand tools.

Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019:

– 4:33 a.m., (OCSO), unlawful driving away of an automobile, 7100 block of South 120th Avenue, Otto Township. A family borrowed a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with an extended cab and did not return it, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.
