HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– Jeffrey Scott Oklad, 57, of 2144 N. Buys Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 7 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Dec. 2 to 20 months to five years with the Michigan Department of Corrections and $813 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of second-offense driving while license suspended and failure to report an accident were dismissed.
– Adam Cole Kucera, 32, of 3516 Amherst Rd., Cheyenne, Wyoming, was found guilty Dec. 2 of controlled substance delivery and was sentenced Dec. 2 to 120 days in jail with credit for 107 days served; one year probation, which may be transferred to his home state;
driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $1,825 in fines, costs and restitution. Two counts of controlled substance delivery were dismissed.
– Doris Liz Figueroa, 41, of 4164 N. 120th Ave., Hart, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 9 to assault with a weapon and
was sentenced Dec. 2 to 60 days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
– Daniel Eugene Ackerberg, 27, of 290 Hawley St., Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 7 of possession of firearms/weapons and was sentenced Dec. 2 to 30 days in jail with
credit for one day served; 18 moths probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
Todd Albert Lemke, 55, of 2150 Columbus Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Dec. 2 of marijuana possession. “Per Cobb’s agreement previously made, defendant was eligible to withdraw his plea to count 1 (methamphetamine possession) and plead to count 2 in this case as he successfully completed terms of probation and was discharged from probation on July 16, 2019.”
