HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– John Joseph Norman, 22, of 5656 S. 140th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty Aug. 26 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Nov. 4 to nine months in jail with credit for 115 days served; driver’s license suspended one year with a restricted license after 60 days; and $398 in fines and costs. A misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed. In a concurrent case, Norman was found guilty of methamphetamine possession Aug. 26 and was sentenced Nov. 4 to 180 days in jail with credit for 105 days served; driver’s license suspended one year with a restricted license after 60 days; and $398 in fines and costs. One felony count of lying to a police officer was dismissed.
– Sheldon James Berridge-Griffes, 22, of 7750 W. Baker Rd., Shelby,
was found guilty Sept. 9 of fleeing and eluding and was sentenced Nov. 4 to 90 days in jail with credit for three days served; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Dylan Wyatt King, 24, of 312 Walnut St., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 9 of
controlled substance delivery – schedule 1, 2, 3 and was sentenced Nov. 4 to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; driver’s license suspended one year with a restricted license after 60 days; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
– Bonnie Jean Fetterhoff, 47, of 3185 W. Evergreen, Sears, Michigan, was
found guilty Sept. 9 of kidnapping – custodial interference and was sentenced Nov. 4 to 10 days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
– Gerald Love Davila, 65, of 115 Washington St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 19 of failure to register as a sex
offender and was sentenced Oct. 28 to 90 days in jail with credit for two days served and $490 in fines and costs.
– Ronald Wade Bunting, 40, of 2616 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Oct. 28 of methamphetamine
possession and was sentenced Oct. 28 to 59 days in jail with credit for 59 days served; driver’s license suspended one year with a restricted license after 60 days; and $490 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of narcotic/cocaine use was dismissed.
