– 2:30 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 10 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

– 6:05 p.m., found property, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 8:54 p.m., harassment, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 8:30 p.m., suspicious situation, US 31 and Polk Road, City of Hart.

Friday, Oct. 25, 2019:

– 1:10 a.m., larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 1:05 p.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 5:20 p.m., assist to the Hart Area Fire Department, 400 block of Union Street, City of Hart.

– 6:15 p.m., larceny, 10 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

– 9:30 p.m., a 49-year-old Scottville woman was arrested on an outstanding Mason County warrant, and a 51-year-old Scottville man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail for open intoxicants, Oceana Drive and East Main Street, City of Hart

Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019:

– 12:06 a.m., missing person, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 11:11 a.m., a 51-year-old Mears man was arrested for second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS), West Main Street and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart. He lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 12:46 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

– 7:30 p.m., traffic hazard, US 31 and Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 10:51 p.m., civil dispute, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019:

– 8:20 a.m., missing person, 10 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

– Noon, larceny, 600 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.

– 7:30 p.m., wellbeing check, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Oct. 28, 2019:

– 12:07 a.m., disturbance, 100 block of Apple Street, City of Hart. A 30-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail on an outstanding Oceana County warrant.

– 8:35 a.m., suspicious situation, Hilltop and Mason streets, City of Hart.

– 9 a.m., suspicious situation, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.

– 12:05 p.m., threats complaint, 600 block of Woodlawn Court, City of Hart.
