HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Berry

– Tammy Lynn Berry, 44, of 6424 N. 96th Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of analogues possession and misdemeanors of embezzlement less than $200 and lying to a police officer during a serious misdemeanor investigation. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 3 p.m.

– David Bryan Cohen, 35, of 5921 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s

– Aaron Wayne Rumsey, 30, of 2731 S. 192nd Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of

– Todd Allen Smith, 47, of 2132 N. 56th Ave., Mears, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and attempted malicious destruction of police or fire property. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
