HART – A 36-year-old Hart man faces serving a minimum of two years in prison after pleading guilty Monday, Oct. 28, to a felony of delivery of methamphetamine.

Victor Samuel Migel-Bundy, of 3871 N. Oceana Dr., was
arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for three felony counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Two of the counts, along with a meth possession charge in a separate criminal file, were dismissed in a plea agreement.

In exchange for his plea, Migel-Bundy will serve a minimum prison term not to exceed two years with a 20-year maximum, said Oceana County Prosecutor Joseph Bizon.

Migel-Bundy testified before Bradley G. Lambrix that the drug deal occurred March 25 in Hart Township.

Sentencing guidelines in the case are 24-40 months, Bizon said.

Sentencing is set for Jan. 6 at 9 a.m.
