HART – the following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Gager

– Thomas Jay Gager, 24, of 2316 W. Pinewood Blvd., Bitely, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on felony charges of assault with intent to great bodily harm less than murder, felonious assault and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Bail: $30,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: Nov. 4 at 3 p.m.

– Tasha Marie Starks, 35, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a

– Jeffrey Jay Suttner, 57, of 486 E. Sands St., Pentwater, was arrested by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and a misdemeanor of
