HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Whitehead

– Frederick Leo Whitehead, Jr., 49, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Shelby, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 28 at 3 p.m.

– John Russell Robinson, 56, of 4898 S. 180th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested

by SSCENT for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $7,500/personal. Preliminary exam: Oct. 28 at 3 p.m.

Misdemeanors

– Josh Joseph Tatro, 23, of 5333 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); domestic violence. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 2:30 p.m.

– Brian Dale Nieboer, 44, of 1640 100th Ave., Otsego, Michigan; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS) and unlawful license plate. Bail: $1,500/personal. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 10:45 a.m.

– Tara Johannah Achterhoff, 24, of 8563 Robinhood Dr., Montague; OCSO; failure to display a valid license and operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 10:45 a.m.

– Ryan Gonzalez, 23, of 3531 Jefferson Rd., Pentwater; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 2:15 p.m.

– James Michael Kersting, 24, of 7346 Loop Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 9:15 a.m.

– Michael Ralph Arbour, 59, of 5870 E. Minke Rd., Walkerville; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 2 p.m.

– Mohamed Ali Hassan, 29, of 5830 W. 7th St., Mears; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 11:15 a.m.
