HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felony

– Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 26, of 3752 W. Van Buren Rd., Hart, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of analogues possession. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 21 at 3 p.m. In a separate case, Thrailkill also faces misdemeanor charges of trespassing and third-degree retail fraud. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 1:45 p.m.

Misdemeanors

– Shawn Allen Sullens, 46, of 13566 Cleveland St., Nunica; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); marijuana possession. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 10:30 a.m.

– Jared Hunter Billings, 26, of 1321 36th St., SW, Wyoming; Michigan State Police (MSP); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 10:30 a.m. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 10:30 a.m.

– Tyler Nicholas Teal, 27, of 795 Taff Lane, Muskegon; OCSO; malicious destruction of personal property less than $200. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 10:15 a.m.

– Devon William Behm, 31, of 1225 Fulton St., Grand Haven; OCSO; failure to stop at a property damage accident. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 10:30 a.m.

– Josephine Rae Ramos, 29, of 4816 S. Country Lane, Fremont; OCSO; two counts of assault and battery. Bail: $5,00/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 2:15 p.m.

– Shelly Ann Green, 49, of 440 Hancock St., Pentwater; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); assault and battery. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 10 a.m.

– Daniel William Waterbury, 28, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); disorderly person – drunk. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 10:15 a.m.

– Adam Robert Keller, 32, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); malicious destruction of trees/shrubs/crops/grass/turf/soil less than $200. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 10:15 a.m.

– Scott Albert Anderson, 57, of 8346 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; possession of firearms while under the influence. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 10 a.m.

– Michael Robert Turnes, 58, of 4950 Upton RD., Hastings. Michigan; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 9:45 a.m.
