Walkerville Area Fire & Rescue open house Oct. 20.

WALKERVILLE – In conjunction with October as Fire Prevention Month, Walkerville Area Fire & Rescue will have an open house at the fire station Sunday, Oct. 20, from 2-5 p.m.

Lunch will be provided. Residents can learn about the department’s smoke alarm installation program.

There will also be kids’ activities and a fire safety raffle.
