The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:
Friday, Oct. 4, 2019:
– 12:57 a.m., (Michigan State Police), car/horse crash, Skeels and Maple Island roads, Greenwood Township. No other information was immediately available.
– 8:10 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Winston Road and 56th Avenue, Claybanks Township.
– 9 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Maple Island and Garfield roads, Greenwood Township.
– 1:03 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 17-year-old Hart man was arrested for violating a condition of his bond, West Vanburen Road, Weare Township.
Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019:
– 10:15 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, 126th Avenue and Jefferson Road, Crystal Township.
– 11:17 a.m., (MSP), a 20-year-old Montague man was arrested for assault, 8000 bock of Robinhood Drive, Grant Township.
– 1:36 p.m., (OCSO), a 56-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Skeels Road, Otto Township.
– 7:20 p.m., (MSP), a 45-year-old Shelby man was arrested for DWLS, US 31 and Buchanan Road, Shelby Township.
– 10:37 p.m., (OCSO), a 24-year-old Fremont man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants, Garfield Road, Greenwood Township.
Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019:
– 3:16 p.m., (OCSO), a 20-year-old Greer, South Carolina man was arrested for transporting open intoxicants, US 31, Shelby Township.
– 9:40 p.m., (MSP), a 36-year-old Hart woman was arrested for DWLS, Polk Road and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.
