HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Levi Alan Richard, 22, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era, was arrested by SSCENT for two felony counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
