Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019:

– 9:07 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

– 4:17 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

– 6:07 p.m., reckless driving, East Main and State streets, City of Hart.

– 9:47 p.m., a 41-year-old Shelby man was arrested for operating without a license, Polk Road and Griswold Street, city of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Friday, Sept. 27, 2019:

– 11:31 a.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, State Street and Polk Road, City of Hart.

Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019:

– 10:58 a.m., trespassing/unwanted person, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 3:01 p.m., medical assist, 20 block of North State Street, City of Hart.

– 10 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019:

– 10:36 a.m., a 26-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding HPD warrant, 3000 block of VanBuren Road, Hart Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 1:27 p.m., wellbeing check, 200 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.

– 8:15 p.m., suspicious situation, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.

Monday, Sept. 30, 2019:

– 12:23 a.m., a 25-year-old Shelby man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Polk Road and State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 4:44 p.m., assault and battery, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 6 p.m., illegal entry, 200 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 6:35 p.m., larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 7:55 p.m., criminal sexual conduct, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019:

– 9:43 a.m., a 49-year-old Shelby man was arrested for parole violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 10:24 a.m., lost property, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 11:10 a.m., larceny, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 3:07 p.m., larceny, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 4:46 p.m., unlawful driving away of an automobile, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart. Vehicle was recovered.

– 4:50 p.m., harassment, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

– 6:34 p.m., missing person, 500 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
