Pot plants stolen.

GRANT TOWNSHIP – The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of two outdoor marijuana plants that was reported Tuesday, Sept. 24, around 11 a.m. on South 88th Avenue, according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

The following is other recent police activity in Oceana County:

Monday, Sept. 23, 2019:

– 12:14 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 32-year-old Mears man was arrested for probation violation, Oceana Drive and Winston Road, Village of Rothbury.

– 8:35 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Jackson Road and 108th Avenue, Weare Township.

Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019:

– 7:11 a.m., (OCSO), peeping tom, West Grant Road, Shelby Township. A suspect was reportedly seen near a residential window and then ran away.

– 8:33 a.m., (OCSO), domestic assault, West Tyler Road, Hart Township.

– 11:10 a.m., (OCSO), trespassing – hunting and fishing on private land, West Winston Road, Grant Township.

– 9:11 p.m., (MSP), a 49-year-old Alamo, Texas man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Oceana Drive and Buchanan Road, Shelby Township.

– 10:27 p.m., (OCSO), a 45-year-old Hart woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, West Polk Road and 100th Avenue, Hart Township.

Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019:

– 7:30 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Tyler Road and Oceana Drive, Hart Township.
