HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Saldana

– Hector Martin Saldana, Jr., 32, of 3261 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for felony charges of failure to register as sex offender and tampering with an electronic monitoring device (tether). Preliminary exam: Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash. Saldana also faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash.

Lovato

– Sean Ray Lovato, 23, of 1620 W. 21st St., Chicago, Illinois, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felony charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Daniel Joseph Budzinski, 29, of 59014 Williams Lane, Washington, Michigan, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. (Mugshot unavailable.)

Tatro

– Eric William Tatro, 24, of 5333 148th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Morgan

– Shanda Marie Morgan, 37, of 9877 Lost Canyon Dr., Stranwood, Michigan, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Dale Michael Wakefield, 26, of 1481 192nd Ave., Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $500/personal.

– Kerri Ann Sittser, 43, of 1709 Chatterson, Muskegon; Hart Police Department (HPD); second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Kaden John-William Strait, 17, of 2924 W. VanBuren, Hart; OCSO; malicious telecommunication services. Pretrial: Oct. 17 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– David Scott Stanley, 48, of 3893 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia; MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $500/personal.

– Larry Allen Puterbaugh, 57, of 671 Brooks Rd., Muskegon; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $500/personal.
