HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Melissa Ann Grey, 49, of 1887 E. Fish Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 9 of second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced to six days in jail; six months probation; vehicle immobilization/forfeiture; 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,887 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Lee Allan Hall, 52, of 2942 MacArthur Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty Sept, 10 of OWI and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; must continue AA classes; and $1,190 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Ronald Wade Bunting, Jr., 40, of 2616 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Sept. 9 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for 26 days served and a $75 fine. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.

– Isaac Dakota Gillespie, 21, of 190 River Rd., Sparta, Michigan, was found guilty Sept. 9 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail; and $1,080 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of OWI was dismissed.

– SanJuanita Garcia, 49, of 500 Fowler St., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 5 of unlawful license plates and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail; and $340 in fines and costs.

– Daniel Austin Rodriguez, 20, of 3300 Fourth St., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 10 of violation of an instruction permit and was sentenced to $240 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Brandon Lee Neuens, 29, of 2511 Greenings Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Sept. 10 of operating an unregistered vehicle and was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs.

– Achim Michael Hagenow, 52, of 5060 Luxemberg St., SE, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Sept. 10 of allowing an underage juvenile to operate and was sentenced to $175 in fines and costs.

– Moses Rodriguez Rodriguez, 21, of 7154 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 9 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $340 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Benjamin Patrick Rogers, 42, of 416 Cloverdale St., Ann Arbor, was found guilty Sept. 9 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jason Patrick Burrous, 45, of 13 Buchanan St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 9 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for three days served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jeffrey Allen Kelly, 55, of 4021 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty Aug. 29 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs. One count of OWI was dismissed.

– Robert Joseph Jeffries, 64, of 457 E. Third St., Pentwater, was found guilty Sept. 4 of solid waste – establish a disposal and was sentenced to $410 in fines and costs. Defendant has 45 days to come into compliance or discretionary time may be imposed, his court file states.

– Tina Marie Day, 34, of 1119 E. Sandcreek Trail, Rothbury, was found guilty Sept. 10 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,065 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of OWI was dismissed.

– Stephani Marie Herman, 35, of 1502 E. Mosel Ave., Kalamazoo, was found guilty Sept. 10 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,105 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of OWI was dismissed.

– Gilberto Zuniga, 65, of 439 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Sept. 10 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $435 in fines and costs. One count of OWI was dismissed.

– Nathan Andrew Combs, 18, of 486 Sands St., Pentwater, was found guilty Aug. 30 of operating without license on person and was sentenced to a $75 fine. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Mikhail Randall Kleiman, 19, of 13137 Starwood Lane, Dewitt, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 30 of marine safety – riding on bow and was sentenced to $245 in fines and costs.

– Howard Crowley, 58, of 4185 Union St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 4 of allowing a person drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $125 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Matthew James Lambert, 28, of 8965 E. Bake Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Aug. 28 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– David Charles Ware, 56, of 1145 W. Holton Duck Lake Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty Sept. 5 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– Brandon Troy Fessenden, 17, of 21202 Dewey Rd., Howard City, Michigan, a charge of wildlife conservation violation was dismissed Sept. 10.

– Jeremy Daniel Molargik, 20, of 3624 Eager, Howell, Michigan, charges of OWI – underage .02-.07 blood alcohol content and minor using a fraudulent ID to purchase alcohol were dismissed Sept. 9.

– Christopher Ramsdell, no date of birth or address listed, one count of third-degree retail fraud was dismissed Sept. 10. “Defendant spent three days in jail,” his court file states. “Defendant is a resident of an AFC home. Victim recovered the property. It is not in the interest of justice to go forward in this matter.”
