HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Hale

– Michael Ray Hale, 32, of 105 Woodlawn, Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Sept. 9 to one year in jail with credit for 218 days served and $398 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Nov. 5, 2018 conviction of fleeing and eluding, is revoked.

Saldana

– Rogelio Noel Saldana, 29, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Sept. 9 to one year in jail with credit for 180 days served and $458 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a July 30, 2018 conviction of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, is revoked.

Johnson

– Stacey Kay Johnson, 34, of 1136 Hudson, Grand Rapids, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Sept. 9 to one year in jail with credit for 84 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $398 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 29, 2018 conviction of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams, is revoked.
