HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Fonseca

– Ottoniel Fonesca, 23, of 215 S. State St., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on two felony counts of possession of child sexually-abusive material. Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Zelenbaba

– Ryan Weston Zelenbaba, 39, of 3448 Manchester, Swartz Creek, Michigan, was arrested by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a felony of assault with intent to commit harm less than murder. Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Bennett

– Keven Steven Bennett, 28, of 1450 E. James St., White Cloud, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
