The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:

Friday, Aug. 30, 2019:

• 12:45 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 23-year-old Shelby man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
• 1:20 p.m., (MSP), a 26-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for DWLS, US 31 and Shelby Road, Shelby Township.
• 5:13 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 57-year-old Muskegon man and a 41-year-old Muskegon woman were arrested for DWLS, Sischo Bayou, Greenwood Township.
• 6:30 p.m., (MSP), larceny from a vehicle, 5000 block of South Maple Island Road, Newfield Township.
• 7:20 p.m., (MSP), a 57-year-old Muskegon man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, US 31 and Skeels Road, Grant Township.
• 10:22 p.m., (MSP), a 28-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for attempted home invasion and malicious destruction of property, 2000 block of 176th Avenue, Newfield Township.

Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019:

• 2:33 a.m., (OCSO), a 31-year-old Montague man was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI), Hazel Road, Golden Township.
• 8:15 a.m., (MSP), one-vehicle crash, no injuries, Oceana Drive and Yale Road, Village of New Era.
• 9:59 a.m., (OCSO), no operator’s license, Sischo Bayou, Greenwood Township. No arrest.
• 11:54 a.m., (OCSO), assault and battery and careless/reckless use of a firearm, East Garfield Road, Newfield Township. No arrest.
• 12:43 p.m,. (MSP), a 29-year-old Fremont man was arrested for DWLS, M 20 and 88th Avenue, Shelby Township.
• 1:10 p.m., (MSP), a 48-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for DWLS, US 31 and Wayne Road, Weare Township.
• 2:14 p.m., (MSP), a 24-year-old Williamston, Michigan man was arrested for DWLS and no insurance, US 31 and Shelby Road, Shelby Township.
• 2:36 p.m., (OCSO), a 49-year-old Hart man was arrested for disorderly conduct, South Cherokee Bend, Grant Township.
• 3:08 p.m., (OCSO), trespassing, West Deer Road, Golden Township. No arrest.
• 4:30 p.m., (OCSO), a 39-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for ORV in a closed area, Sischo Bayou, Greenwood Township.
• 5:13 p.m., (OCSO), domestic violence involving a juvenile, 116th Avenue, Elbridge Township.
• 6:45 p.m. (MSP), malicious destruction of property to a vehicle, 7000 block Clearwater Court, Village of Rothbury.
• 8:38 p.m., (OCSO) a 40-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for OWI and DWLS, West Winston Road, Grant Township.
• 11:14 p.m., (OCSO), a 33-year-old Mears man was arrested for DWLS and on a warrant, North 48th Avenue, Golden Township.

Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019:

• 7:36 a.m., (OCSO), assault and battery, northbound US 31, Shelby Township.
• 10:20 a.m., (OCSO), illegal dumping, North 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
• 2:59 p.m., (OCSO), a 57-year-old Middleville man was arrested for no operator’s license, North 24th Avenue near North Shore Drive, Golden Township.
• 4:55 p.m., (OCSO), a 17-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested for operating an ORV in a closed in area and no operator’s license, Sischo Bayou, Otto Township.
• 5:05 p.m., (OCSO), trespassing, East Winter Road, Crystal Township.
• 6:30 p.m. (MSP), a 24-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for violating a personal protection order and on a warrant, 9000 block of East Hawley Road, Village of Hesperia,
• 9:43 p.m., (OCSO), a 24-year-old Manistee woman was arrested on a warrant, US 31, Hart Township.
• 10:39 p.m., (OCSO), a 26-year-old Jackson man was arrested for no insurance, Silver Lake Road, Golden Township.
• 11 p.m., (MSP), domestic assault, 3000 block of South 198th Avenue, Newfield Township.
• 11:24 p.m., (OCSO), a 26-year-old Muskegon woman was arrested for no operator’s license, US 31, Hart Township.

Monday, Sept. 2, 2019:

• 4:27 p.m., (OCSO), a 35-year-old Rothbury woman was arrested for domestic assault and a 35-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for resisting/opposing arrest, West Forrest Street, Village of Rothbury.
• 5 p.m., (MSP), breaking and entering, 4000 block of West Main Street, Village of Walkerville.
• 9:30 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Baseline Road and 116th Avenue, Elbridge Township.
• 10:42 p.m., (OCSO), assault and battery, North Division Street, Village of Hesperia. No arrest.
