HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Kittel

– Benjamin Anthony Kittel, 24, of 1010 S. 42nd Ave., Shelby, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Sept. 9 at 3 p.m.

– Davontae Kalao Kirk, 26, of 38637 Cheldon, Clinton Township, Michigan, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. (Mugshot unavailable.)

– Lily Ann Wolkwitz, 18, of 5757 Baracroft Dr., SW, Wyoming, Michigan; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); second-degree retail fraud. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 11:15 a.m.

– Tonya Anne Cudnohufsky, 34, of 6147 W. Raven Dr., Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); trespassing. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 10:15 a.m.

– Anthony Michael Guerra-Aldrich, 29, of 5172 Spinning Wheel Dr., Grand Blanc, Michigan; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 11:30 a.m.

– Joshua David Gill, 26, of 4217 S. Hubbard St., Wayne, Michigan; Hart Police Department (HPD); operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Sept. 5 at 2:15 p.m.

– James Thomas Fischer, 55, of 3665 N. 10th St., Kalamazoo, Michigan; OCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 11:30 a.m.
