HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Michael James Hill, 31, of 371 W. Main St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 12 of narcotic/cocaine use and was sentenced to 75 days in jail with credit for 75 days served; one year discretionary jail; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and a $75 fine. Time to run concurrently with Mason County sentence. One count of methamphetamine possession was dismissed.
– Ronald Wade Bunting, Jr., 40, of 2616 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Aug. 15 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 37 days in jail with credit for 37 days served; 93 days discretionary jail; a $75 fine; and $31 in restitution. Bunting was also found guilty of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to time served. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
– Laurence Andrew Hill, 56, of 2940 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Aug. 15 of unlawful license plates and was sentenced to 21 days in jail with credit for 21 days served and a $75 fine.
– Brandon Michael Hesse, 28, of 1156 E. Newell, White Cloud, was found guilty Aug. 15 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to 99 days in jail with credit for 99 days served. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– John Robert Saari, 56, of 1815 Antidale Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty July 8 of second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced Aug. 12 to nine days in jail; one year discretionary jail; six months probation; not to purchase/possess a firearm; must submit to testing, counseling and searches as directed by his probation officer; no alcohol/drugs; outpatient treatment; and $1,830 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Danny William Jones, 59, of 3527 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was found guilty April 22 of second-offense OWI and was sentenced Aug. 12 to nine days in jail; mental health treatment; and $1,830 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to SOS. Jones also pleaded guilty to probation violation, and the court continued his probation terms and conditions.
– Nicholas Andrew Moeller, 24, of 17423 Hiawatha Dr., Spring Lake, was found guilty Aug. 13 of OWI and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,140 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating an ORV while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Kevin Jack Stanfield, 36, of 380 N. Bogue St., Walkerville, was found guilty Aug. 13 of OWI and was sentenced to six months probation; inpatient counseling; not to purchase/posses a firearm; must submit to testing, counseling and searches as directed by his probation officer; no alcohol/drugs; 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,665 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Must take name off vehicle title within 30 days. One count of second-offense OWI was dismissed.
– Erica Marie Beemer, 26, of 5830 Maple Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty April 13 of malicious use of telecommunications services and was sentenced to six months discretionary jail and a $75 fine.
– Daphanie Alicia Ludlow, 33, of 10612 Parkwood Dr., Montague, was found guilty Aug. 12 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,105 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of operating while intoxicated and open alcohol container in vehicle were dismissed.
– Andrew James Watkins, 36, 1825 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 12 of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. One count of OWI was dismissed.
– Jason Alan Rizor, 34, of 18633 Holliday Trail, Morley, was found guilty Aug. 12 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Neisa Sharlai Anderson, 29, of 15532 Brookfield St., Livonia, was found guilty Aug. 12 of OWI with an ORV and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; ORV license suspended for six months; and and $665 in fines and costs. One count of OWI was dismissed.
– McKinzie Stefanie Hamay, 21, of 6497 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty July 29 of operating while impaired and was sentenced Aug. 12 to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Kelly Ray Alltop, 27, of 14 Chapita Hills Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Aug. 12 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
– Darrell Grant Cole, 65, of 6263 E. VanBuren Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty Aug. 14 of forest fires – no burning permit and was sentenced to a $75 fine.
– Hector Pedroza-Herrera, 40, of Shelby, was found guilty Aug. 14 of operating without a license and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Linna Funk Place, 72, of Pentwater, was found guilty Aug. 8 of failure to report and accident and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. One count of failure to report an accident was dismissed.
– Ricardo Beltran, 18, of 411 Union St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 9 of operating without a license and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Scott Ellis Smith, 55, of 2951 S. 204th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Aug. 9 of consuming alcohol on a highway and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail; and $325 fines and costs.
– Branden Lee Bryant, 30, of 6703 Lorne Dr., Pentwater, was found guilty Aug. 8 of improper plates and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $215 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
– Wendy Lynn Terebinski, 59, of 7501 8 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Aug. 8 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
– James Thomas Caliendo, 30, of 6188 Whitehall Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty Aug. 15 of improper plates was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $215 in fines and costs.
– Matthew Scott Stoner, 32, of 2982 1 Mile Rd., White Cloud, was found guilty Aug. 12 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Ryan Anthony Kresge, 32, of 2988 Jackson Rd., Highland, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 20 of operating and ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.
– Kinga Magdalena Chudoba, 38, of 9101 Stratford Lane, Palos Hills, Illinois, was found guilty Aug. 20 of no safety certificate and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs.
– Michelle Lynn McClary, 51, of 5680 Pettis Ct., NE, Ada, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 20 of violation of the 100-foot rule and was sentenced to $245 in fines and costs.
– Zachary Zane Freeland, 19, of 1503 W. McKinley Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Aug. 20 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $125 in fines and costs.

– Felipe Gonzales AKA Ever Garcia, 30, of 6126 S. 90th Ave., Rothbury, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed Aug. 12.
– Mary Ann King, (no date of birth or address listed), one count of truancy dismissed Aug. 19.
– Joshua Michael Flint, (no date of birth or address listed), charges of expired license and no proof of insurance were dismissed Aug. 15.
Ricky Aguirre, (no date of birth or address listed), one count of driving an unregistered vehicle was dismissed Aug. 15.
– Julia Alexandra Magaluk, (no date of birth or address listed), one count of domestic violence dismissed Aug. 15.
– Frank Todd Moran, 42, of 14427 Grafton Rd., Carleton, Michigan, charges of operating an unregistered vehicle and operating without insurance were dismissed Aug. 8.
– Leroy Francis Decker, 29, of Grayling, Michigan, one count of operating an ORV while license suspended was dismissed Aug. 9.
– Wayne David Rainey, (no date of birth or address listed), one count of larceny was dismissed Aug. 9.
– Tex Kirk Temple, (no date of birth or address listed), one count of unattended line was dismissed Aug. 6.
– Thomas Michael Judson, Jr., (no date of birth or address listed), one count of crossing a barricade was dismissed Aug. 9.
– Garrett Hume Kronk, (no date of birth or address listed), one count of domestic violence was dismissed Aug. 9.
– Claud Ray Beck, Jr., 32, of 849 Commonwealth St., Saginaw, Michigan, one count of fishing without a license was dismissed Aug. 13.
