SSCENT drug arrests top 78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Kline
– James Joseph Kline III, 25, of 2606 Thornwood Ave., SW, Wyoming, Michigan, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy, delivery/manufacture of narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams and delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Sept. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Shawn Edward Lopez-Fooshee, 22, of 2320 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture

– Willie Dean Chapman, 26, of 673 Dover St., Warren, Ohio, was arrested by SSCENT on felony charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy, delivery/manufacture of narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams and and delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. – Daniel Eugene Ackerberg, 26, of 290 Hawley St., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of possession of weapons/firearms by a felon.

– Melissa Marie Allen, 23, of 107 1/2 Wood St., Hart; PPD; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Adrian Reyes, 32, of 513 S. Griswold St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); operating without a license. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
– Jacob William Morton, 24, of 2448 Miller Dr., Gainesville, Georgia; MSP; operating while impaired and and operating without a license. Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Fred Austin Tanner, Jr., 32, of 69 S. 56th Ave., Mears; HPD; DWLS and unlawful license plate. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal. In a separate file, Tanner is charged with operating without insurance and operating with a false/forged/altered license stemming from an OCSO traffic stop. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
