Home invasion tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Bassett-Lynch

– Joshua Mark Bassett-Lynch, 28, of 5813 Irons Rd., Ludington, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of first-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: Aug. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Bassett-Lynch also faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Gavin Ray Hill, 19, of 2171 S. Clearwater Court, Rothbury, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony

of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Sept. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Levi Alan Richard, 22, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy.

Preliminary exam: Sept. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Richard also faces a misdemeanor charge of malicious destruction of property less than $200. Pretrial: Sept. 5 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Carissa Leann Hale, 25, of 9329 E. McKinley Rd., Fremont; OCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: Sept. 12 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Emily Jane Shooltz, 18, of 5429 Golfwood Court SW, Wyoming, Michigan; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Sept. 12 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– William Charles Queener, 21, of 2001 Hickory Acres Dr., Howell, Michigan; OCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI), operating without insurance and malicious destruction of property (MDOP) $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 2 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Nicholas Lee Hill, 31, of 1164 Wing Rd., Mount Pleasant, Michigan; Michigan State Police (MSP); second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 2 p.m. Bail: $500/personal.

– Benjamin Patrick Rogers, 42, of 416 Cloverdale St., Ann Arbor, Michigan; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

– Youssef Moustapha Fakhreddine, 24, of 5306 Johnathon St., Dearborn, Michigan; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Wendy Lynn Terebinski, 59, of 7501 8 Mile Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: was Aug. 8. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

-Ronald Lee Robertson, Jr., 36, of 282 Pine St., Shelby; HPD; disturbing the peace. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $500/personal.

– Heidi Sue-Vannett Kludy, 37, of 605 S. Water St., Hart; HPD; disturbing the peace. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $500/personal.

– Linna Funk Place, 72, of Pentwater; PPD; failure to report a property damage accident. Pretrial: was Aug. 8. Bail: $500/personal.

– Sanjuanita Garcia, 49, of 500 Fowler St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department; operating without insurance and unlawful plates. Pretrial: Sept. 5 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
