HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Miller

– Danin Wayne Miller, 37, of 1938 Jiroch St., Muskegon, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Aug. 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Justin Ruben Jobbins, 33, of 554 N. Morris St., Pentwater, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of narcotic/cocaine

– Moses Rodriguez Rodriguez, 21, of 7154 N. 120th Ave., Hart; MSP; operating without a license and operating without security. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
