HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– Jaime Gutierrez, 30, of 339 Dewey St., Shelby, was found guilty June 3 manufacturing/distributing an imitation controlled substance and was sentenced July 29 to 45 days in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $858 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance delivery was dismissed.
– Trad Paul Sheafor, 29, of 5825 7th St., Mears, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced July 22 to one year in jail with credit for 293 days served; $2,200 in restitution; and $400 in fines
and costs. Probation, which stems from a Dec. 18, 2017 conviction of uttering and publishing, was revoked. “Good time” was applied to his jail credit, which left about eight days to be served.
– Cameron Dennis Farrell, 27, of 3863 89th Way, Westminster, Colorado, was found guilty May 20 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 29 to five months
in jail with credit for 85 days served; driver’s license suspended one year with a restricted license after 60 days; and $458 in fines and costs. Two counts of controlled substance delivery and one count of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance were dismissed.
