HART – The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, July 18, 2019:

– 10:34 a.m., medical assist, 600 block of East Main Street.

– 10:34 p.m., a 26-year-old Greenwood, Missouri man was arrested for operating a without a license, 600 block of Dryden Street. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Friday, July 19, 2019:

– 10:13 a.m., medical assist, 600 block of East Main Street.

– 10:44 a.m., wellbeing check, 700 block of East Main Street.

– 2:03 p.m., unwanted person, 200 block of State Street.

– 6:43 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, Polk Road and US 31 Expressway.

– 6:48 p.m., reckless driving, 10 block of Park Street.

– 7:33 p.m., mental health complaint, 400 block of Hart Street.

– 10:01 p.m., wellbeing check, State and Washington streets.

Saturday, July 20, 2019:

– 2:15 a.m., a 25-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating without a license, Oceana Drive and State Street. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 9:19 a.m., traffic hazard, 72nd Avenue and Taylor Road, Hart Township.

– 1:35 p.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street.

– 2:26 p.m., larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road.

– 3:55 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 72nd Avenue and Polk Road.

– 8:56 a.m., a 37-year-old Mears man was arrested for operating with an expired license, Polk Road and State Street. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 9:45 p.m., a 45-year-old Mears man was arrested on a warrant out of the Hart Police Department, 200 block of Lincoln Street. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 10:56 p.m., a 29-year-old Hart man was cited for operating with an expired license, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue.

Sunday, July 21, 2019:

– Midnight, a 35-year-old New Era man was arrested for disorderly conduct and lodged in the Oceana County Jail, 600 block of Water Street. A 37-year-old Hart woman and 36-year-old Shelby man were cited.

– 3:43 a.m., an 18-year-old Shelby man was cited for minor in possession of marijuana, Griswold Street and Polk Road.

– 10:50 a.m., larceny, 400 block of Wood Street.

– 2:35 p.m., wellbeing check, 700 block of East Main Street.

– 7:40 p.m., larceny, 10 block of State Street.

– 6:47 p.m., a 40-year-old Shelby man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Oceana County, 500 block of Harvey Street, Village of Shelby. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 8:41 p.m., a 46-year-old Hart man was arrested for retail fraud, 400 block of Wood Street. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 1:30 a.m., a 30-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding out of the Hart Police Department, 400 block of State Street. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 4 a.m., medical assist, 10 block of State Street.

– 3:15 p.m., fraud complaint, 10 block of Park Street.

– 8:19 p.m., a 31-year-old Hart woman was arrested for domestic assault, 200 block of Courtland Street. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Wednesday, July 24, 2019:

– 8:39 a.m., medical assist, 400 block of Griswold Street.

– 10:44 a.m., a 24-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, 100 block of West Main Street. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 9:42 p.m., trespassing, 400 block of Hart Street.

– 10:40 p.m., harassment complaint, 2000 block of Comfort Drive.
