HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Lauderdale

– Tryston Vernon Lauderdale, 36, of 5210 Wexford Ave., Lansing, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of controlled substance possession – narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/surety.

Gutierrez

– Priscilla Marie Gutierrez, 27, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing and eluding police. Preliminary exam: June 24 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
