HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Diggs
– Devlin Darion Diggs, 22, of 2412 Superior St., Muskegon, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of narcotic/cocaine delivery/manufacture less than 50 grams. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Norman
– John Joseph Norman, Jr., 22, of 2838 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: June 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Terveer
– Peter John Terveer, 37, of 231 W. Michigan Ave., Fremont, was arrested by OCSO for felony charges of larceny $1,000-$20,000 and receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: June 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal.
Jobbins
– Michael James Jobbins, 38, of 7792 N. 186th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Oklad
– Jeffrey Scott Oklad 56, of 2144 Buys Rd., Muskegon, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and misdemeanors of DWLS and failure to report vehicle crash. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Donovan William DeCair, 23, of 27855 Narciso, Mission Viejo, California; OCSO; disorderly conduct – drunk. Pretrial: June 27 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Amanda Katherine Platt, 29, of 62 N. Cook St., Hesperia; OCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
– Robert Charles Perez, 34, of 3639 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury; Michigan State Police (MSP); OWI, operating without insurance and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: June 20 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Angela Mae Acre, 25, of 3134 Skeels Rd., Montague; MSP; operating without insurance and operating an unregistered vehicle. Pretrial: June 6 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
