HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
Coni Jo Helmer-Pena, 962 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty May 6 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to nine days in jail; one year discretionary jail; six months probation; vehicle immobilization/forfeiture; and $1,880 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Alexander Coby Perez, 19, of 21 N. Clymer St., Pentwater, was found guilty May 6 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,080 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of operating while intoxicated and operating without insurance were dismissed.
Darcie Lynn Ellis, 22, of 1956 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty May 7 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Gregory James Melchor, 33, of 1908 N. 48th Ave., Mears, was found guilty May 7 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $310 in fines costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Alberto Clair Moul, 24, of 1489 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was found guilty May 6 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $290 in fines and costs. One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.
Trent Joseph Marvin, 23, of 7720 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty May 6 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
Sandra Lynn Walsh, 57, of 2449 Cherry Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty May 6 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $290 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
Michael James Jobbins, 38, of 7792 N. 186th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty May 6 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs.
Julie Jenyce-Kimberly Clement, 28, of 3407 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 6 of improper plates and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $275 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license not valid was dismissed.
Ronald Sylvester-Cletus Monroe, 19, of 4164 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 6 of fishing without a license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $325 in fines and costs.
Brandon John Kriesel, 19, of 590 Catherine Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty May 6 of fishing without a license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $325 in fines and costs.
Esteven Escamilla, 22, of 6676 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 6 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Jesse Shane Lopez, 37, of 4212 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 6 of improper plates and was sentenced $215 in fines and costs.
Morgan James Pearson, 22, of 170 S. Menes St., Walkerville, was found guilty May 6 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and $415 in fines costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Michael Floyd Welch, 25, of 1700 Fruitvale Rd., Montague, was found guilty May 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
Cody James Barnard, 27, of 2901 Worden St., Muskegon, was found guilty May 2 of operating an unregistered vehicle and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
Kristopher Jay Humphreys, 41, of 11691 Blue Lake Rd., Holton, was found guilty May 2 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Dismissals
Katie Jo Boswell, 31, of 6319 E. Filmore Rd., Walkerville, one count of possession of open intoxicants was dismissed May 2.
Holly May Thomas, 30, of 1346 E. Madison Rd., Hart, one count of harboring misdemeanants was dismissed May 7.
