HART – The following were recently arraigned in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Travis Michael Gale, 26, of 5178 W. Fox Rd., Mears, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of operating/maintaining a methamphetamine lab. Preliminary exam: May 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/surety.

Doris Liz Figueroa, 41, of 4164 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: May 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

King

Dylan Wyatt King, 23, of 312 Walnut St., Shelby, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: May 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Glenda Lee Fessenden, 29, of 1800 N. Green Creek Rd., Muskegon, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: May 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Joshua Jay Thomas, 37, of 10051 Kinneville Rd., Eaton Rapids; OCSO; breaking and entering – illegal entry. Pretrial: May 23 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
