HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Jaime Gutierrez, 29, of 339 Dewey St., Shelby, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felony charges of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance and manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: May 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Shawn Michael Rosencrans, 25, of 4431 184th Ave., Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); aggravated domestic violence. Pretrial: May 30 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Julio Rocha, 33, of 2036 E. Madison Ave., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: May 16 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Alexander Coby Perez, 19, of 21 N. Clymer St., Penwater; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); operating without insurance and person under 21 operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .02-.07 percent. Pretrial: May 23 at 2:15 p.m.

Trent Joseph Marvin, 23, of 7720 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: May 2 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
