HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– Ryan Anthony Munden, 27, of 1204 W. Broadway St., Henryetta, Oklahoma, was found guilty Feb. 4 of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced April 1 to one year in jail with credit for 112 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; $918 in restitution to the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); and $490 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance delivery – schedule 1, 2, 3 was dismissed.
– April Mae-Kristi Schaefer, 40, of 7046 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced April 1 to one year in jail with credit for 102 days served; 120 days of curfew monitoring upon her release from jail; two years probation; and $490
in fines and costs. “While incarcerated, defendant can work with Community Mental Health on her sobriety,” her court file states. “After defendant has served 252 days in jail, she is eligible to enter inpatient treatment. If defendant successfully completes inpatient treatment, she shall be given credit for time served. If defendant is unsuccessful with inpatient treatment or elects not to go to inpatient treatment, she shall complete the full jail sentence of 365 days.” Schaefer’s probation stems from a Jan. 22, 2018 conviction of second-offense methamphetamine possession.
– Cadenn Douglas Lorenz, 27, of 167 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced April 1 to one year in
jail with credit for 166 days served and $470 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a June 18, 2018 conviction of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, is revoked.
– Dylan Michael Bethke, 24, of 22 Millbridge Court, Baltimore, Maryland, was found guilty Jan. 7 of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced
April 1 to 90 days in jail with credit for 29 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $490 in fines and costs. “Defendant shall not be given credit for inpatient treatment,” his court file states.
– Shawn Alan Goerbig, 39, of 922 E. Colby St., Whitehall, pleaded “no contest” to a misdemeanor of
domestic violence and was sentenced to 55 days in jail with credit for 55 days served. One felony count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed. Goerbig has been arraigned in 78th District Court on a misdemeanor charge of malicious destruction of property less than $200 stemming from an arrest by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office. His bail was set at $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent, and he has a plea and sentencing hearing scheduled for April 15 at 2:30 p.m.
