HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Dylan Grae Smith, 25, of 5810 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty March 13 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Keith Langdon Perry, 36, of 2322 Twin Lake Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty Jan. 8 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $200 in fines and costs. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.

– Justin Shane Eitniear, 44, of 7933 Marlene Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty March 11 of unlawful license plate use and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $235 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Dustin Scott Slominski, 32, of 5838 E. Broadway, Mount Pleasant, was found guilty March 14 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended was dismissed.

– Leon Jon Stanek, 49, of 2349 S. 118th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty March 14 of harboring misdemeanants and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served with the Michigan Department of Corrections.

– Dylan Grae Smith, 25, of 5810 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty March 13 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Stephanie Lynn Joynes, 36, of 403 Fairfield Ave., Grand Rapids, was found guilty March 15 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to a $75 fine. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Julian Tyler Ray, 25, of 1343 Broadway Ave., Norton Shores, was found guilty March 15 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to $525 in fines and costs.

– Richard Smith Acosta, 53, of 1452 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was found guilty March 15 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license not valid was dismissed.

– Jaqueline Rose Dysinger, 42, of 2171 N. Reek Rd., Custer, was found guilty March 15 of improper plates and was sentenced to $215 in fines and costs.

– Francisco Guadalupe Sanchez, 19, of 2660 W. Garfield Rd., New Era, was found guilty March 15 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.

– Shantel Elaine Laskowski, 33, of 5622 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty March 15 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs.

– Danial Moises Rodriguez-Melchor, 41, of 5334 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty March 15 of failure to display a valid license. “Defendant provided valid Texas license,” court records state. “Court waived fines and costs.”

– Gabriel Galicia-Mejia, 44, of 159 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was found guilty March 15 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to a $75 fine.

– Rhonda Marie Muckel, 55, of 8277 Stony Lake Rd., New Era, was found guilty March 18 of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $425 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

– Donald Ray Muckel, 58, of 8277 Stony Lake Rd., New Era, was found guilty of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $450 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

– Steven Thomas Pennell, 34, of 1865 Shaw Rd., Bailey, Michigan, was found guilty of operating while impaired and was sentenced to $1,080 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– George A. Coulier, Jr., 52, of 4541 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty March 18 of attempted failure to comply with sex offender registration duties and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year and $150 in fines and costs. One felony count of failure to comply with sex offender registration duties was dismissed.

– Ramon Arturo Escamilla, 33, of 506 S. Union St., Hart, was found guilty March 18 of attempted failure to comply with sex offender registration duties and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year and $410 in fines and costs. One felony count of failure to comply with sex offender registration duties was dismissed.

– Adam Eugene Barnes, 21, of 4965 Bowen St., Montague, was found guilty Feb. 26 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Charges of marijuana possession and operating with the presence of drugs were dismissed.

– Christopher Allen Harter, 31, of 716 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby, was found guilty March 19 of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $415 in fines and costs.

– Paul Edward Bliss, 32, of 702 Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty March 19 of malicious destruction of personal property less than $200 and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.

– Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 19, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty March 19 of improper plates and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $215 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– Jason Patrick Burroughs, 44, of 544 S. 48th Ave., Shelby, one count of DWLS was dismissed March 19.

– Joseph James Brightwell, 24, of 990 Ducey St., Muskegon, one count of larceny less than $200 was dismissed March 19.

– Michael Douglas Paeplow, 32, of 1627 McDonald St., NW, Grand Rapids, one count of operating an unregistered snowmobile was dismissed March 19.
