HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Joshua Adam Freitas, 31, of 264 Kettletown Rd., Southbury, Connecticut, was arrested by OCSO for felony charges of furnishing contraband to prisoners and prisoner possessing contraband. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
– Ryan Anthony Munden, 27, of 1204 W. Broadway St., Henryetta,
Oklahoma, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of prisoner possessing contraband. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
– Jose Luis Paniagua, 20, of 5405 120th St., Sand Lake, was arrested by
the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Ramon Arturo Escamilla, 33, of 506 S. Union St., Hart, was arrested by the
Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of failure to comply with sex offender registration duties. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
– George A. Coulier, Jr., 52, of 4541 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by
OCSO for a felony of failure to comply with sex offender registration duties. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Olivia Rose Parsons, 24, of 5578 E.
Skeels Rd., Holton, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Tammy Lynn Burrow, 55, of 7959 72nd Ave., Pentwater, was arrested by MSP for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: April 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Herbert Lawton Harper, 86, of 3201 56ht Ave., Shelby; MSP; operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: April 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Tosha Leigh Hicks, 34, of 1938 Reynolds St., Muskegon; Hesperia Police Department; failure to stop after a collision. Pretrial: March 21 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
– James David Brant, 61, of 5301 S. 184th Ave., Hesperia; MSP; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: April 25 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Darrell Grant Cole, 64, of 6263 E. VanBuren Rd., Walkerville; Shelby Police Department (SPD); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 21 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Elezear Trafolla, Jr., 41, of 216 Lincoln St., Hart; MSP; squatting and illegal entry. Pretrial: March 28 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Coni Jo Helmer-Pena, 48, of 962 E, Tyler Rd., Hart; HPD; second-offense OWI. Pretrial: Aptil 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Holly Marie Revilla, 35, of 3781 N. Oceana Dr., Hart; HPD; DWLS. Pretrial: April 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,00/10 percent.
– Charles John Miller, Jr., 26, of 5829 N. 88th Ave., Hart; HPD; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: April 4 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Rocky Joseph Helms; 42, of 48 S. Cook. St., Hesperia; Hesperia Police Department; embezzlement $200-$1,000. Pretrial: April 4 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Tyler Robert Pfeiffer, 22, of 9485 Chase Rd., Montague; OCSO; failure to use caution to emergency responder. Pretrial: April 4 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
