HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

– Amanda Marie Zoulek, 31, of 5923 W. Stony Lake Rd., New Era, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under age 13. Preliminary exam: Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. UPDATE: CASE DISMISSED Feb. 4.

– Daniel Peter Sampson-Phillips, 26, of 2111 W. Creekwood Dr., Twin Lake, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of
