$1,000 in change stolen during break-in.

GRANT TOWNSHIP – The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is investigating a breaking and entering that was reported Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 7 p.m. in the 300 block of Skeels Road in which change totaling $1,000 was stolen, said Sgt. Charles Hockanson.

Other MSP activity Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019 includes:

– 1:05 a.m., a 44-year-old Shelby man was arrested for driving while license suspended and on a warrant, 72nd Avenue and Polk Road, City of Hart.

– Noon, larceny of prescription medication, 200 block of Laurel Street, Village of Walkerville.

– 5 p.m., car/deer crash, 192nd Avenue and Garfield Road, Greenwood Township.

– 6 p.m., car/deer crash, Hancock and Hanover streets, Village of Pentwater.
