$20,000, handguns stolen in burglary.

GREENWOOD TOWNSHIP – Two handguns and a safe containing $20,000 cash were stolen during a burglary at a home located in the 9300 block of East McKinley Road that was reported to the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office Sunday, Jan. 6, around 5 p.m.
The stolen guns are a semi-automatic 9-mm Hi-Point and a .40-caliber Hi-Point, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.
The sheriff’s office is following leads on the case. If anyone has any information pertaining to this incident, they are asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 231-873-2121.

– 3:08 p.m., a 32-year-old Hart man was arrested for methamphetamine possession, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and on an outstanding warrant, 88th Avenue, Weare Township.
Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019:
– 1:17 a.m., a 45-year-old Hesperia woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
