HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Clark

– Thomas Allen Clark, 22, of 302 Sunflower Lane, Fremont, was arrested by the Hesperia Police Department for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: Jan. 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Elijah Christopher Gray, 20, of 17980 Cove St., Spring Lake, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics of Team

(SSCENT) for felony charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy; delivery/manufacture of narcotic/cocaine; delivery/manufacture of schedule 1, 2, 3 except marijuana and cocaine. Preliminary exam: Jan. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000//10 percent.

– Norman Lee Winskas, 33, of 1666 Bush Rd., Muskegon, was arrested by

SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Preliminary exam: Jan. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Ashley Renae Pulsipher, 31, of 3223 Sullivan Rd., Ravenna, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Preliminary exam: Jan. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent. (Mugshot unavailable.)

Misdemeanors

– Jesse James Bays, 37, of 7531 48th Ave., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); larceny by false pretenses – less than $200. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Jonathan Michael-Cole Armstead, 20, of 3812 E. M 20, Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Jan. 8 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Christopher Martin O’Connell, 43, of 986 S. Oceana Dr., Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Jeffrey Scott Oklad, 56, of 2144 N. Buys Rd., Muskegon; SPD: OWI. Pretrial: Jan. 24 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
