Harboring felons tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Moreno
– Jaeliana Louise Moreno, 21, of 5667 S. 142nd Ave., Rothbury, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of harboring felons. Preliminary conference: Nov. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Nicholas Ryan Rogeness, 22, of 1001 N. Donahue Dr., Auburn, Alabama, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of delivery/manufacture of cocaine less than 50 grams. Preliminary conference: Nov. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance. (Mugshot unavailable.)
– Dylan Michael Bethke, 23, of 22 Millbridge Court, Baltimore, Maryland, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felony charges of

delivery/manufacture of ecstasy, delivery/manufacture of cocaine 50-449 grams and delivery/manufacture of ketamine. Preliminary conference: Nov. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
