27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Humphreys

– Jennifer Humphreys, 41, of 2250 Loop Rd., Shelby, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Nov. 19 to 13 days in jail with credit for 13 days served and $198 in fines and costs. Humphreys’ probation stems from an April 15, 2013 conviction of welfare fraud/failure to inform. She was ordered to pay $113,378.43 in restitution, and her balance is $110,393.43. She is discharged from probation unsuccessfully.

– Zachary Adam Ohrling, 27, of 120. Munn St., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 10 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Nov. 5 to nine months in jail with credit for 29 days served; two years probation; and $1,023 in fines, costs and

restitution. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of second-offense driving while license suspended was dismissed.

– Dakota Jo Weber, 25, of 50 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 19 of a misdemeanor of aggravated assault and was sentenced to 104 days in jail with credit for 104 days served; no contact with the victim

for 60 days; and $400 in fines and costs. One felony count of assault with intent to commit to harm less than murder was dismissed.

-Jose Alfredo Villareal, 44, of 694 E. Thistle Rd., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Nov. 19 to 185 days in jail with credit for 125 days served; must be placed on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) for 60 days

following release from jail; probation continued; and $198 in fines and costs. Probation stems from an Oct. 9, 2017 conviction of fleeing and eluding police.

– John Joseph Norman, Jr., 21, of 2838 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced to 210 days in jail with credit for 158 days served and $258 in

fines and costs. Norman is discharged from probation unsuccessfully. His probation stems from a July 3, 2017 conviction of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams.
