HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Joseph Michael White, 29, of 2409 Beech St., Twin Lake, was found guilty Nov. 6 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Travis Arden Clements, 36, of 5622 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty Nov. 6 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Joshua Daniel-Riggs Easton, 38, of 5855 5th St., Mears, was found guilty Nov. 6 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Daniel Jenaro Quijas, 55, of 6782 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty Nov. 6 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Raymond Jeffery Dickenson, 39, of 1260 W. Connie Ln., Sanford, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 7 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable SOS.
– Jose Garza, Jr., 53, of 3127 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era, was found guilty Nov. 8 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable SOS.
