Obituary: Jordan James, 20, Pentwater

Jordan James, 20, of Pentwater, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

Jordan was born on November 4, 1997 in Battle Creek, the son of Jesse and Penny (Schultz) James.  He attended Mason County Central Schools and was planning on attending adult education classes to complete his schooling.  Jordan enjoyed fishing, bike riding, walking, and listening to music. He loved his time spent with family and was happy working on vehicles with his father and brothers.

Jordan is survived by his parents, Jesse and Penny James; brothers, Levi and Kyle James; grandparents, Michael and Patricia Schultz, Bonnie L. James, and William “Bill” F. James; aunts, uncles and cousins; two cats, a dog, and many friends.

Jordan was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, John and Bessie Schultz, and Robert and Grace Haywood; aunt, Tammy James; and great-uncles, Terry Schultz and Gary Schultz.

A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Oak Grove Funeral Home of Ludington.  Memorial contributions may be made through Jordan’s Tribute Fund at www.OakGroveLudington.com.
