Felonious assault, stolen car top police activity.

OTTO TOWNSHIP – A 29-year-old Whitehall man was arrested by Oceana County sheriff’s deputies for felonious assault Saturday, Nov. 3, at 8:30 p.m. on South 112th Avenue. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
In a separate incident, the Hart post of the Michigan State Police is investigating the theft of a car in the 9000 block of US 31 in Pentwater Township, according to MSP Sgt. Charles Hockanson. The stolen car is a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix.

– 11:19 p.m., (OCSO), a 37-year-old Fremont woman was arrested for operating with the presence of drugs, Loop Road, Newfield Township.
– 11:31 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Rasmussen Road and Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
