HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Decheney
– Jeffrey Scott Decheney, 36, of 5299 168th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP), for felonies of failure to register as a sex offender and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Nov. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Leonardo Bruno Martelli, 21, of 2357 Clearfield St., Philadelphia,

Pennsylvania, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felony charges of delivery/manufacture of ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of ketamine. Preliminary conference: Nov. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Erika Ramona Bartolotta, 22, of 2731 Kensington Ave., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested by SSCENT

High-court misdemeanor
– Juan Gonzalez, 20, of 2369 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary conference: Nov. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Joshua Daniel Riggs-Easton, 38, of 5855 5th St., Mears; Michigan State Police (MSP); second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 6 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
