27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Harlan

– Gage Nicholas Harlan, 25, of 1100 State St., Fremont, pleaded “no contest” Aug. 20 to accessory after the fact and was sentenced Oct. 29 to 178 days in jail with credit for 178 days served and $490 in fines and costs. Charges of carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a weapon with unlawful intent were dismissed.

– Jeremy Michael Franklin, 32, of 6179 160th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Aug. 6 of failure to register as a sex offender and was

sentenced Oct. 29 to five months in jail with credit for 124 days served; one year probation; and $490 in fines and costs. A second count of failure to register as a sex offender was dismissed.

– Leeo Harold Howington, 29, of 5886 Cobalt Dr., Powder Springs, Georgia, was found guilty Aug. 6 of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams

and was sentenced Oct. 29 to 122 days in jail with credit for 122 days served; driver’s license suspended six months/restricted after 30 days; and $1,500 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police were dismissed.

– Christina Lee Sayers, 31, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Oct. 29 to 120 days in jail with

credit for 85 days served; continue on current probation; and $16,357.67 in fines, costs and restitution. Probation stems from a Dec. 18, 2017 conviction of uttering and publishing.

– Cory Scott Lidke, 27, of 1332 E. Wilcox St., White Cloud, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Oct. 29 to 120 days in jail

with credit for 105 days served and $480 in fines and costs. “Defendant must report to jail on Nov. 29, 2018 at 9 a.m. to serve his jail sentence if he has not paid all of his fines and costs,” his court file states. “If fines and costs are paid by Nov. 29, 2018 at 5 p.m., the defendant’s jail time will be cancelled.”

– Noah James Moon, 35, of 5867 S. Oceana Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty Sept. 17 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Oct. 29 to 92 days in jail with credit for 92 days served; one year probation; Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) tether for 90 days; and $490 in fines and costs. – Daniel Charles Gilmore, 33, of 8086 S. 56th Ave., Montague, was

found guilty Aug. 20 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Oct. 29 to three months in jail with credit for three days served; 18 months probation; driver’s license revoked; and $490 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.

– Carvelle Lenear Smith, 30, of 520 Norwood Ave., Grand Rapids, was found guilty Oct. 4 of cocaine/narcotic use and was sentenced Oct.

29 to 45 days in jail with credit for six days served; driver’s license suspended six months/restricted after 30 days; and $490 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams was dismissed.

– Brett Anthony Peoples, 26, of 109 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 4 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Oct. 29 to

– Nicolas Moises Tenorio, 20, of 520 Jill Lane, Bolingbrook, Illinois, was found guilty Sept. 10 of
