HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Ryan Matthew Dow, 35, of 9023 Wilke Rd., Fremont, was found guilty Oct. 2 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Omar David Chavez, 21, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 3 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Amanda Raye Tovar, 37, of 511 S. Mears Ave., Whitehall, was found guilty Oct. 2 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Jerel Grant Dixon, 24, of 770 Cross St., Portland, was found guilty Oct. 3 of operating an unregistered vehicle and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $125 in fines and costs.
– Robert Randy Flanery, 40, of 5504 Russell Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty Oct. 3 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Brett Allen Kammers, 25, of 3950 Manatee Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 3 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Rocky Eugene Pfishner, 51, of 4719 S. Croton Hardy Dr., Newaygo, was found guilty Oct. 3 of illegal fishing gear and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $225 in fines and costs.
– Alexander Floyd-Lee Harris, 21, of 1122 Parkway St., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 3 of illegal fishing gear and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $225 in fines and costs.
– Joshua David Smith, 21, of 10438 US 31, Montague, was found guilty Oct. 8 of operating an ORV in an area closed to ORVs and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs.
– Matthew Thomas Elkins, 29, of 61 Locust, Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 9 of illegal fishing gear and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs.
– Richard Robert Rademacher, 33, of 3342 Lineto St., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 3 of open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Aaron Dakota Esch, 22, of 6581 Automobile Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty Oct. 3 of snagging salmon and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs.
– Juanita Ruth Hardy, 62, of 602 State St., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 4 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $325 in fines and costs.
– Victor Eugene Pulsipher, 63, of 2248 S. 28th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 2 of failure to report to accident and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $325 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
