EF drug arrests top 78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Ted Feori D’Agostino, 24, of 224 Forts Ferry Rd., Latham New York, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for three felony counts of delivery/manufacture of ecstasy, delivery/manufacture of cocaine and delivery/manufacture of ketamine. – Andrew Jeffrey Hasenjaeger, 22, of 2420 Waterford Dr., Cresthill, Illinois, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of ecstasy. Preliminary exam: Oct. 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. (Mugshot unavailable.)

– Joshua Adam Freitas, 31, of 264 Kettletown Rd., Southbury,

Connecticut, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of ecstasy. Preliminary exam: Oct. 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Jared Andre Mingo, 24, of 103 Frazer Dr., Purcellville, Virginia, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of ketamine.

***The above five cases are related to arrests made at the Electric Forest Festival in Rothbury last June. The delay in arraignments arises from getting substances tested at the Michigan State Police crime lab in Grant Rapids, which is backlogged with a heavy caseload.

“The reason for the delay is the process of testing,” said Oceana County Prosecutor Joseph Bizon. “These cases have been presented in what would be considered a reasonably efficient time frame, consistent with what we would expect from the lab.”***

– Phillip Arthur Boyette, 34, of 8879 20th St., Twin Lake, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony

– Brandi Lee Pulsipher, 28, of 9430 E.

– Cory Allen Bradshaw, 25, of 650 E. Madison Rd., Hart; Shelby Police Department (SPD); marijuana possession. Pretrial: Oct. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

– David Michael Otten, 31, of 4845 S. 52nd Ave., New Era; OCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Stephen Jon Frank, 53, of 37801 Plymouth Rd., Livonia; MSP; second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
