Domestic assault, parole violation arrests top HPD activity.
The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:
Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018:
– 1:30 a.m., a 48-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 1:21 p.m., criminal sexual conduct, City of Hart.
– 6:45 p.m., traffic hazard, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart.
Friday, Sept. 21, 2018:
– 9:29 a.m., a 40-year-old Hart man was arrested for parole violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 1:48 p.m., threats complaint, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
– 2:39 p.m., medical assist, 500 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
– 6:03 p.m., domestic dispute, 400 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
– 6:35 p.m., downed power lines, 1000 block of Parmington Avenue, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018:
– 1:24 p.m., assist to Oceana County Child Protective Services, 10 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 3:56 p.m., found property, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 4:46 p.m., two-vehicle crash, Polk Road and Industrial Park Drive, City of Hart. A vehicle driven by a 72-year-old Ludington woman rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 58-year-old Ravenna woman, said Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar. The Ludington woman was treated at the scene for chest pain caused by her seat belt.
– 6 p.m., assist to Oceana County Adult Protective Services, 300 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
