Man who escaped police custody arraigned.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Shayne Chris Smith, 30, of 235 McLaren Rd., Hesperia, was

arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) and the Hesperia Police Department for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of escaping lawful custody. Preliminary conference: Sept. 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. In a separate file, Smith is charged with a felony of larceny $1,000-$20,000 for allegedly stealing a riding lawn mower, shop vacuum, DVDs and other miscellaneous property, according to his court file. Smith was being picked by on a warrant for the larceny charge when he escaped police custody.
– Juan Sanchez, Jr., 21, of 217 S. Apple St., Hart, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of carrying a concealed

weapon and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary conference: Sept. 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Lucas Wade Darling, 50, of 7053 N. Hilltop Court, Pentwater; OCSO; malicious telecommunications services. Pretrial: Sept. 27 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Michael Samuel Fox, 47, of 3465 Spruce St., Twin Lake; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating a motorcycle without endorsement. Pretrial: Oct. 2 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal recognizance.
– Mark Faez Kacho, 23, of 5073 Chadbourne Dr., Sterling Heights; Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kyle Martin Bringham, 34, of 10575 13 Mile Rd., Rodney, Michigan; OCSO; improper plate. Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.
– Juan Jose Guereca-Diaz, 43, of 480 Fowler St., Shelby; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Nicholas Allen Mathew Haney, 24, of 5 Lookout St., Athens, Ohio; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicate (OWI). Pretrial: Sept. 27 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Ronald Dee Robbins, Jr., 56, of 3429 72nd Ave., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); malicious telecommunications services. Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Michael Allen Redding, 17, of 2137 N. 56th Ave., Mears; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
