HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Klein
– Wayne Aron Klein, 37, of 1231 E. Brodkton Ave., Madison Heights, Michigan, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary conference: Sept. 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
– Bryan Joseph Haynes, 25, of 173 E. 34th St., Holland, Michigan, was arrested by the Michigan State Police

(MSP) for a felony of cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: Sept. 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
– Kyle Gerald Hiscott, 37, of 140 S. Rush St., Pentwater, was arrested by the Pentwater Police Department
Hiscott
(PPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Hiscott faces a second charge of third-offense OWI stemming from an OCSO arrest. Preliminary conference: Sept. 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
– Brett Anthony Peoples, 27, of 109 Pine St., Shelby, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary conference: Sept.
